SHIPPING POLICY

At SONORAN GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipments.

1. SHIPPING COST
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements. 

2. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time (Delivery Time): 5 - 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (MST) - Mountain Standard Time (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. DELIVERY AREA
- We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours.

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
