RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SONORAN GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help with our 30-day risk-free return policy.

1. RETURN WINDOW
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. RETURN SHIPPING COST
- Return shipping is completely FREE. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email once your return request is approved. You do not have to pay any restocking fees or return shipping fees.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. RETURN PROCESS
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at hello@iqmodest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Step 3: Print the prepaid label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

5. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, return/replacement is 100% free.

6. REFUNDS
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
